This retreat is a hands-on, intimate, high-energy experience led by educators who’ve done it. You’ll get authentic coaching, practice your message, and walk away with actual direction and strategy—not just theory. This isn’t a hotel ballroom where someone lectures at you for hours.

We’re not here to push you out of the classroom, we’re here to build you up. You can stay in the classroom and lead better PD, speak at conferences on the side, or slowly grow a business, and the retreat gives you the tools and direction to start where you are and move at your own pace.

Absolutely. Most of our participants are just getting started or have only done some internal PD. You don’t need to be polished, you just need to be passionate and ready to learn.

Absolutely. We welcome school leaders, specialists, instructional coaches, and anyone with at least 10 years of experience in K-12 education who wants to share what they know and grow their voice.

We intentionally keep the group small (usually 15–20 educators) so that every participant gets personal attention, coaching, and connection. This is about quality over quantity.

We currently host WOR retreats in cities like Philadelphia, San Antonio, Atlanta, and others throughout the year. Each location includes lodging and retreat sessions at a designated hotel.
