Absolutely. Most of our participants are just getting started or have only done some internal PD. You don’t need to be polished, you just need to be passionate and ready to learn.

Nope. We’ll help you uncover and shape your message during the retreat. If you do have a topic, great! We’ll refine it. If you don’t, that’s part of our work together.

This retreat is a hands-on, intimate, high-energy experience led by educators who have done it. You’ll get authentic coaching, practice your message, and walk away with actual direction and strategy.

Together, we bring real-world wisdom and walk-you-through-it support. Retreat leaders bring real-world wisdom and guidance.

We intentionally keep the group small (usually 15–20 educators) so that every participant gets personal attention, coaching, and connection. This is about quality over quantity.

Your investment includes the full three-day training, one group lunch, professional photos, and all retreat curriculum materials. And yes, the support continues after the weekend.
